Hopefully. The problem here is that no matter how much more efficient you can make data engineers, with the current underserved market, there's still not enough of skilled professionals to join ale the companies that needs support with data architectures. Imho that also extends to the new role of an analytics engineer. It will take time for a data analyst to upskill because even though you can stitch no code solutions like fivetran / stitch / meltano + whatever storage + dbt + whatever visualisation tool, you still need to know how the pipelines and databases behave in order to own it properly end to end.
